This program provides transportation in Addison, Orange, and Northern Windsor counties. In Addison County, the bus service is called Addison County Transit Resources (also called ACTR). In Orange and Northern Windsor counties, the bus service is called Stagecoach.

Both ACTR and Stagecoach offer fixed-route bus services. Some of these routes have fares, and some are free for everyone. Both also offer Dial-A-Ride services. Dial-A-Ride offers free, door-to-door rides if you cannot access the regular bus because you are an older adult, have a disability, or are enrolled in certain public assistance programs.

How do I apply?

Most public transportation services are available to the general public without application. If you are interested in Dial-A-Ride, call the office for more information about how to apply and schedule rides.
