This program offers discounted fares for DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) passengers who are 65 years of age or older or have a disability. Your fare for each ride will be discounted with a DART Photo ID for Seniors or Persons with Disabilities. Older adults can also purchase a discounted Senior Citizen Annual Pass to use for all regional transit. You don’t need to be a Dallas resident to get the discount.

How do I apply?

To get a Photo ID for Seniors, visit the DART store with documents that show your age. There is a small fee for the photo ID.

To get a Photo ID for Persons with Disabilities, visit a DART-approved certifying agency, where a representative will complete an online application. Then visit a DART store with an original printed receipt from the application and a photo ID. For more information, visit DART's website.
