Senior/Disabled Pass Program (Half Fare/Full Fare)

This program allows you to pay a discounted fare for Rhode Island Public Transportation Authority (also called RIPTA) services if you are an older adult or, in some cases, have a disability.

If you qualify, you can get your pass to allow a reduced rate to travel either at any time (called an All Day Pass) or just during nonpeak hours (called a Limited Day Pass).

The RIPTA bus pass costs $10 and is valid for 2 years. If you use a wheelchair or are blind, the person who is helping you travel can ride for a reduced fare.

How do I apply?
