This program offers several types of transportation in Crook, Jefferson, and Deschutes counties.

• Bend Fixed-Route Bus Service: This is available to the general public. People who are 60 years of age or older or have a disability can get a reduced fare.
• Community Connector: This is available to the general public and provides scheduled buses between Bend, Redmond, Terrebonne, Prineville, Madras, Culver, Metolius, Warm Springs, La Pine, and Sisters.
• Dial-a-Ride: This is a shared-ride service that provides curb-to-curb transportation that must be scheduled in advance. There is a fee for each ride.
  • In Bend, Dial-a-Ride is only available for residents who have a disability or are older adults with low income.
  • In rural areas—including Redmond, La Pine, Sisters, Prineville, Madras, and Warm Springs—Dial-a-Ride is available to the general public.

How do I apply?

To use the Community Connector or Bend Fiixed-Route Bus Service, you don’t need to apply. You can find the schedule and fare information on the website. To use the Dial-A-Ride service based on disability, you need to fill out an application in advance, though you can start receiving services on a temporary basis right away.
