The Washington County Transit Department (WCT) operates all the public transit in Washington County. The program also provides transportation for older adults and persons who have disabilities through a ride assist voucher program, which is funded by the Statewide Special Transportation Assistance Program and ADA Complementary Paratransit Service for individuals who have disabilities and cannot access fixed-route services.
A handicap-accessible paratransit service provides transportation to individuals who are not able to use fixed-route public transportation. The paratransit program is for any trip purpose.
