Older adults who are 65 years of age or older and people who have disabilities pay a reduced fare for the the Shreveport Regional Transit System, SporTran. If you cannot use the SporTran fixed-route bus system, you can use the LiftLine service.
LiftLine is a paratransit van service. The van is wheelchair accessible and runs during the same hours as SporTran. Rides must be scheduled in advance, and there is a fee for each ride.
How do I apply?
To apply, you can download and print the application. You can also get an application by calling 1-318-673-5316, going to the terminal on Murphy Street, or visiting the program website.
