This program offers a property tax reduction if you are a qualifying older adult or person with a disability. The amount can differ based on where you live and the value of your home. If you qualify, you will receive a voucher (coupon) to be used when you pay your taxes. This property tax relief is offered in addition to the state’s Senior Property Tax Freeze Program.
