This program may provide you with a credit on your income tax if you are a qualifying older adult. It applies to some forms of retirement and pension income. The amount of the credit varies, and the most you can receive is $200. Some adults who are 65 years of age or older may get an additional, smaller tax credit.

How do I apply?

To receive this credit, file your current year state income tax return. If you are not sure what form you need to file, please contact the Department of Taxation at 1-800-282-1780.
