How can this program help me?

This program gives you a property tax exemption (tax break) that reduces the amount of taxes you pay on your home. This exemption may lower the assessed (taxable) value of your home. The assessed value is the dollar amount used to decide how much you will have to pay in taxes.

How do I get help?

To apply for this program, print and fill out the application form. Return the completed application as instructed on the form. For questions on enrollment, contact your local tax assistance office or the Department of Revenue at 866-859-2254.
