This program lets you pay your property taxes in installments (paid over a period of time), with no interest or penalties. This can help you budget your property tax payment to pay smaller amounts over the year. If you make your first three payments on time, the program will also discount the amount owed. This installment plan is offered in addition to the state’s Homestead Exemption program.
