Healthy Vermonters Program
Healthy Vermonters provides a discount on prescription medicines. The total savings you receive will depend on certain circumstances like the type of medication, the supply needed, and whether your prescription is a branded or generic version of the drug. The program will also help you if you do not have prescription drug insurance or have health coverage for your treatments and have met the maximum benefit amount. There are no fees to enroll in Healthy Vermonters and you will not have to pay a monthly premium. The discount is not available for all prescription drugs and you should check with your pharmacy to see if they participate in the program.
How do I apply?
To apply, use the online application or print and fill out an application. Healthy Vermonters requests you mail your completed paper application to the program.
