Senior Rx will cover the total cost of your prescription medications when you are enrolled in Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage and are in the coverage gap (donut hole). During the donut hole, you will pay nothing for needed pharmaceutical treatments. In addition to coverage gap assistance, under certain circumstances, Senior Rx will provide financial assistance to help reduce your monthly Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plan premium. There are no costs to enroll in the program.

To apply, print and fill out an application. Completed paper forms should be mailed to the Senior Rx program.
