The Senior Gold program helps reduce the cost of many prescribed medications. Once enrolled you will receive the benefit of paying a $15 co-payment for your pharmaceutical drugs. In addition to the Senior Gold co-payment, you will pay 50% of the remaining amount owed to the pharmacy. Under certain circumstances the program will assist with paying this balance. For example, if you reach annual out-of-pocket expenses of $2,000 for single persons or $3,000 for married couples, you will only pay the $15 co-payment. Senior Gold does not charge for enrollment.

How do I apply?

To apply, print and fill out the application and send it to Senior Gold. The program requests that you mail your completed application to Senior Gold.
