Share

MiRx Card helps you purchase prescription medications at a discount. The program estimates your savings can average 20 percent. However, the total discount you receive will depend on other circumstances like the type of medication, the supply needed and whether your prescription is a branded or generic version of the drug. The MiRx Card program is free and there is no cost to enroll in the program. To obtain the discount, present your card at a participating pharmacy and you will receive the MiRx price.

How do I apply?

To apply for the MiRx Card, print and fill out the enrollment form on the brochure and send it to MiRx. MiRx Card requires that you mail your completed paper application to the program.
