Pinterest If you have Medicare, HoosierRx will help pay your Medicare Prescription Drug plan’s premium. There is no cost to enroll in this program. Currently, HoosierRx provides payments up to $70 per month. Overall, HoosierRx makes an effort to keep the amount of assistance you receive consistent from year-to-year. However, under certain circumstances the program may change the monthly benefit amount. Separately, HoosierRx is limited to providing Part D premium assistance and does not pay or provide discounts on the cost of prescription drugs.
How do I apply?
To apply for this program, you can print and fill out an application to send to HoosierRx. Please send the completed application back to the program as instructed on the form.
