Delaware Prescription Assistance Program (DPAP) helps you with your prescription drug costs by paying part of your prescription drugs. You will pay a co-payment of $5 or 25% of the cost of each prescription – whichever is greater.

To apply for this program, you can print and fill out the application form and mail it to DPAP.
