The Florida Bar Elderly Referral Panel program can provide you with low-cost legal counseling. You may be able to get a free half-hour, in-person meeting with an attorney. If the attorney is able to take on your legal case, you may be able to pay less than the lawyer’s regular rate. In other cases, you may have to pay the lawyer’s full rate for services.
