This service helps you use special equipment to communicate over the telephone if you are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or have trouble speaking. You can also use the program to talk with someone who is deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or has trouble speaking. The service is free, but you will still have to pay for long-distance calls.

You can dial 711 to start using the service. If you're having trouble, an operator will help you for free.
