This program gives you extra money and access to health care if you are blind. The program is for people who do not receive Supplemental Aid to the Blind income or Supplemental Security Income. Supplemental Aid to the Blind gives Missouri residents a monthly income and health care. Supplemental Security Income is extra money from the federal government to help you pay for everyday expenses.
