This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:

• Reinstatement Assistance – get assistance to pay past due mortgage payments including any fees, and penalties that are due with the payment. A one-time payment is paid to the lender that can include missed mortgage payments and any late lender fees.

• Unemployment mortgage assistance – get help with finding funding to pay your mortgage payment if you lost your job or have are underemployed and have had a reduction in income.

Please Note: Other mortgage assistance services may be offered depending on the programs’ funding.
