This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:

  • Mortgage Payment Assistance Unemployment (MPAU) – if you are unemployed you can get assistance to pay your past due mortgage payments.
  • Loan Preservation Assistance (LPA) – get help paying your home loan if you are late and are having trouble making monthly payments.

Please Note: Some services may be limited based upon the funding available.
