This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:

  • Mortgage reinstatement: If you have fallen behind on your payments, this helps you reinstate your mortgage loan. Help can include covering the cost of late fees and other charges.
  • Unemployment mortgage assistance:  This gives you temporary help if you suffered involuntary unemployment. You can receive up to $1,000 each month toward your first mortgage payment, including principal, interest, property taxes, and insurance for a period of time as set by the program.

Please note: Some services may be limited based upon the funding available.
