This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:

  • Mortgage Payment Assistance – get assistance in bringing your delinquent payments current.
  • Mortgage Payment Assistance with Education – you may enroll in a community college or 4-year institution to improve your job skills. This education option provides you additional months of assistance beyond the basic assistance available under Mortgage Payment Assistance alone.
  • Reinstatement Assistance – get assistance to pay past due mortgage payments including any fees, and penalties that are due with the payment.
