This program can you help you if you are having trouble paying your mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. The program was created by the state government. In some cases, you may be eligible for free legal advice. Other services may include:

  • Mortgage Payment Assistance – get assistance with paying your monthly home mortgage.
  • Reinstatement Assistance – get assistance to pay past due mortgage payments including any fees, and penalties that are due with the payment.
