This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:

• Mortgage Payment Assistance – offers zero-interest loans of up to an amount set by the program to pay your mortgage while you search for new employment.

• Reinstatement with Monthly Assistance for Unemployed or Re-employed Borrowers – get assistance to pay past due mortgage payments including any fees, and penalties that are due with the payment.
