This program can help you if you are having trouble paying your home mortgage and you are at risk of foreclosure. Services may include:

  • Loan modification assistance: This provides funds to assist you if you have a financial hardship and/or are underemployed and want to change the terms of your loan to make it more affordable. Program helps you fill the financial gap that limits your ability to qualify for a loan modification. Funds may be used to reduce an outstanding principal balance, pay delinquent escrow or past due payments.
  • Mortgage payment assistance: You may get a one-time payment of up to $12,500 to cover some of your past-due mortgage payments including the principal, interest, taxes, insurance and any homeowners association dues. The maximum help per household is $25,000.

Please note: Some services may be limited based upon the funding available.
