Repairs include replacing exterior doors and locks, rebuilding basement steps, making simpe plumbing repairs, and replacing electrical switches, outlets, and fixtures. You can also have minor modifications made to your home to make it more accessible if you have physical disabilities. Depending on your income, you may be asked to pay part of the cost of the repair work.
