This program offers you a grant of up to $10,000 to make changes to your home. These changes can make it safer and easier for you to move around in your home. The grant money can be used for:

  • Installing grab bars and hand rails
  • Building ramps for wheelchair use
  • Designing stair lifts to make climbing easier
  • Creating furniture risers to ease sitting

If you take part in the program, you will get a free safety report on your home to list areas that need improvement.
