This program helps you keep up with the appearance of your home. The service is free. Employees of the city of Cleveland help with interior and exterior household chores. Some of the services they provide are:

  • General and heavy house cleaning
  • Lawn mowing
  • Removing/installing storm windows
  • Installation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
  • Snow removal
  • Limited painting services
  • Simple home repairs
  • Carpet cleaning

Senior Nutrition Program – Community or Group Meals
This program provides you with at least one hot meal per day, five or more days a week. The meals are usually provided in locations such as senior centers, schools, or churches. You can take part in this program if you are 60 or older. You can also get help from this program if you are disabled and you live with older adults.
Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program
The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program provides you with a coupon booklet that can be used to buy fresh vegetables, fruits, honey, and herbs. You can use the coupon booklet at local farmers’ markets and outdoor stands. You can get help from this program if you are 60 or older and have limited income. This program is not offered in every state, and within the states that offer the program it isn't available in all areas. It also may only be available at certain times of the year.
