Emergency Response Services (ERS) Program

This program provides you with help in an emergency, such as if you fall and cannot get up or you need other medical, fire, or police help. You get an electronic alert device that is connected to your phone. The device is programmed to contact a response center and let them know you need assistance any time you press the “Help” button. The emergency response services are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Before you can get this service, you must sign a release statement that allows the responder to make a forced entry into your home when they have no other way to enter.

How do I apply?

To find out how to get the service, please contact your local office.
