Emergency Response Services (ERS) Program

1 min read

This service provides you with help in the case of an emergency. For example, if you have fallen and cannot get up or you need other medical, fire or police help. You get an electronic device that is connected to your phone. The device is programmed to send a signal to a response center to let them know you need assistance when you press the “Help” button. The emergency response system is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Before you can get this service, you must sign a release statement that allows the responder to make a forced entry into your home when they have no other way to enter.

How do I apply?
