Senior Partners Care (SPC)

The Senior Partners Care (SPC) program helps make health care more affordable. It can help you if you cannot afford to pay for an HMO or Medicare supplement insurance policy.

Under this program, participating health care providers and hospitals agree to accept Medicare as payment in full. The health care providers agree to waive deductibles and copayments. This means that you do not have to pay any deductibles or copayments.

Health care services are available from health care providers at major hospitals and hundreds of clinics statewide. Some services are not covered by this program, such as nursing home care, prescriptions, or routine exams (i.e., eye, hearing, and physical exams).

Please note: If the treatment or service you get is not covered by Medicare, you will be responsible for the full payment. You must use health care providers who partner with SPC in order to receive the benefits of this program.

How do I apply?

To apply for this program, you can print and fill out the application form and mail it back to the program. There is a small application processing fee that you will have to pay.
