The Attendant Care Program can help you by repaying a portion of the money you have spent for long-term care or attendant services for yourself. This program is for certain people with severe physical disabilities. Attendant services can include assistance that was provided in your home, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, household chores, and transportation.

The portion of the costs that are reimbursed will depend on income, family size, and available funds.
