This program can help you with services if you are blind or have low vision. It provides educational, technical, and job support. The goal is to foster independence for people who are blind or have low vision. Some of the services offered by the program include:

  • Education to understand and prevent of blindness
  • Vocational rehabilitation services to help you get a job
  • Vision clinic exams to help with prescriptions and the fitting of special visual aids 
  • Training to improve skills that will help you be more independent
