Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provides medical care and supportive services. If you are able to live at home safely but need help caring for yourself, PACE may provide a stay-at-home alternative to living in a nursing home. The goal is to keep you independent by providing assistance and medical care to you at your home or close to your home.
PACE provides various services, including:
- primary medical care
- doctors for specialty care
- prescription drugs
- adult day care
- home health care and personal care
- help with chores and meal preparation
- physical therapy services
- transportation to medical appointments
How do I apply?
You must contact a PACE provider to see if you can take part in this program. Enter your zip code to find your local PACE provider. As the PACE program is not available in all areas throughout your state, you may not be able to apply.
