How can this program help me?
This program provides help to you if you are a caregiver and need a break from caregiving. You can get information, support, and counseling. Services are also provided to the person you are caring for and can include adult day services, social activities outside the home, and adult day services that may include health care services. In some cases, services are provided free of charge.
