This program provides services to you if you are suffering from memory loss and live at home. The program will pay for part of the cost of adult day care services at one of 38 centers around the state. Services at a local adult day care center may help you continue to live at home. Services may include:

  • Health monitoring
  • Counseling
  • Recreational and social activities outside of the home
  • Nutritious meals
  • Caregiver education
  • Support groups
  • Information and referral help
