This program may be able to provide you with relief from the stress of caregiving. Services may include:

  • Information about caregiving, available services, community resources, and local programs.
  • One-on-one help to review your needs, find options, and connect you to community-based services.
  • Training, support, and counseling to help you make decisions, solve problems, and manage stress.
  • Temporary relief services through in-home respite care, adult day care, or emergency respite care.
  • Additional services to support the care you provide.
