Riders can pay for their trips using various payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, donations, checks, credit cards, or cash. Additionally, the program accepts Medicaid payments, making it financially accessible for older adults with diverse backgrounds. The fare structure is designed to be affordable, with a standard fare of $2.00 per one-way trip and a discounted fare of $1.00 for eligible individuals with Medicare or a Metro ID. Furthermore, the program ensures a comfortable and supportive experience by offering amenities like door-to-door transportation, assistance with packages, and the accommodation of service animals.
