Riders utilizing the Public Transportation program have the option to schedule their trips in advance, providing flexibility and peace of mind. Additional services such as quick stops en route to the destination are available for a nominal fee of $1.00, limited to five minutes per stop. Payments for the service can be made conveniently by cash or check, offering older adults a choice in payment method. When using Public Transportation, older adults can expect reliable curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey to their destination. For trips beyond the city limits, riders are charged an additional $1.00 per mile, with a maximum of three miles.
