The Points Plus ADA Paratransit program offers accessible transportation options for individuals with disabilities and mobility limitations. Riders can schedule curb-to-curb transportation for a flat fee, with the option for shared rides to help reduce costs. Booking rides in advance is necessary, allowing older adults to plan their trips accordingly.
Payment for trips can be made in cash or by check, providing flexibility for riders. Service animals are permitted to accompany passengers, ensuring that older adults with assistance animals can easily access the transportation service. This program aims to provide reliable and convenient transportation services for older adults who may require additional assistance while traveling.
