Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you are 60+ years old, or you have a disability.

Metro Connection Paratransit is a convenient non-emergency medical transportation program designed to assist older adults with their transportation needs. This program offers reliable transportation services through taxis, providing flexibility and comfort to riders. Riders can schedule rides at least one day in advance, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Metro Connection Paratransit accepts various payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments. Riders can choose between single regular trips for $3.00 per one-way trip or single premium trips for $6.00 for same-day reservations or changes. Moreover, this paratransit program provides door-to-door transportation, allowing for a stress-free journey from pick-up to drop-off. Riders have the option of requesting assistance with packages or bags and can travel with service animals. The program also offers shared rides, private rides, and on-demand scheduling, catering to different preferences and needs. With a focus on accessibility and convenience, Metro Connection Paratransit aims to provide older adults with a reliable and comfortable transportation solution.

The trip origin and destination must be within ¾ of a mile from a fixed route and operate within the Cities of Sheboygan and Sheboygan Falls and the Village of Kohler.
