Riders can schedule rides at least one day in advance, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Metro Connection Paratransit accepts various payment methods, including insurance, vouchers, coupons, donations, and Medicaid payments. Riders can choose between single regular trips for $3.00 per one-way trip or single premium trips for $6.00 for same-day reservations or changes.
Moreover, this paratransit program provides door-to-door transportation, allowing for a stress-free journey from pick-up to drop-off. Riders have the option of requesting assistance with packages or bags and can travel with service animals.
