Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

The County Elderly and Disabled Program is a convenient public transit option designed to assist older adults and individuals with disabilities with their transportation needs. Through this program, participants can access transportation via car and van for various purposes such as medical appointments, grocery shopping, or social outings. Riders can enjoy affordable rates, with single regular trips priced at $3.00 per one-way trip, and premium trips, including same-day reservations or changes, available for $6.00. To ensure a smooth experience, it is recommended to schedule rides in advance, allowing for efficient planning and coordination of transportation services. Pre-payment options are accepted, adding to the convenience of utilizing this program. Participants can benefit from shared rides, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie among riders. The program offers curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring that older adults and individuals with disabilities can access the services they need conveniently. Additionally, riders are welcome to bring their service animals along for the journey, making the transportation experience more comfortable and accommodating for all involved.


Service Area

Services available throughout rural areas of Sheboygan County where no fixed route service is available. The service area includes much of Sheboygan County including the Cities of Sheboygan and Sheboygan Falls, Village of Kohler and limited service hours to Plymouth and Oostburg. Meal site trips are also available to Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth and Adell (Tuesdays only).
