Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

The County Elderly and Disabled Program offers non-emergency medical transportation services to older adults. This program provides convenient transportation via taxi, allowing older adults to travel to medical appointments, errands, and other essential destinations. Riders can schedule their rides in advance, with the option to request same-day trips for an additional fee. The program's pricing is affordable and flexible, with single regular trips priced at $3.00 per one-way trip and premium trips at $6.00. Riders have various payment options, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and credit card payments. The program also accepts Medicaid payments, making it accessible to older adults with different financial situations. In addition to individual rides, the County Elderly and Disabled Program offers paratransit services, including assistance with packages or bags and door-to-door transportation. Riders can choose between private rides or shared transportation, with the flexibility to schedule on-demand trips or plan ahead for fixed schedule rides. Overall, this program is designed to meet the diverse transportation needs of older adults in the community, ensuring they can travel safely and independently to their desired destinations.


Service Area

Services available throughout rural areas of Sheboygan County where no fixed route service is available. The service area includes much of Sheboygan County including the Cities of Sheboygan and Sheboygan Falls, Village of Kohler and limited service hours to Plymouth and Oostburg. Meal site trips are also available to Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls, Plymouth and Adell (Tuesdays only).
