Riders are required to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring that their transportation needs are met reliably and efficiently.
The program offers various payment options, including insurance, vouchers, donations, membership fees, and flat fees. For medical appointments, there is a 30-cent per mile co-pay, while non-medical rides are available at the current IRS mileage rate. Medicaid payments are also accepted. The program is inclusive of individuals with packages or bags, and service animals are welcome on board.
Riders have the flexibility to choose between scheduling rides in advance or opting for on-demand services. Door-to-door transportation is provided, with drivers waiting for passengers during appointments or errands. Moreover, the program ensures accessibility by offering curb-to-curb transportation and shared rides.
