Riders can access transportation through taxis and private cars, offering a flexible and convenient way to travel. This public transit program requires riders to schedule their rides in advance, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. For those utilizing this program, various payment options are available, including insurance, vouchers, donations, and credit card payments. The program also accepts Medicaid payments and pre-payment for services rendered. Veterans Transportation offers door-to-door and curb-to-curb transportation, catering to the specific needs of older adults who may require assistance. Additionally, riders are allowed to bring service animals along for the journey, ensuring their comfort and convenience throughout the transit.
