The Shuttle Bus Service is a convenient transportation program tailored for older adults within the community. Riders can enjoy a flat fee structure, with different pricing tiers depending on the destination. For in-county trips, the fare is $5.00, while it increases to $10.00 for Janesville and $13.00 for Madison. Co-payments are required upon boarding, with the option to schedule rides a few days in advance for better planning. Participants can easily pay for the service using either a check or cash, providing flexibility for payment methods. This program emphasizes shared rides, promoting a sense of community while reducing individual costs.
