Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

The Bus Service program offers affordable transportation options for older adults in the community. For a small fee, older adults can access rides within town for $2 each way, within the county for $6.50 each way, or to destinations outside the county for $7.50. Riders are required to schedule their trips a few days in advance to ensure availability. Payments can be made by check or in cash, providing flexibility for riders. Transportation is provided in comfortable vans, allowing for shared rides, which can be a social and cost-effective way to travel. When arranging transportation through the Bus Service program, older adults are encouraged to plan ahead with the Rides In Advance service to secure their desired pickup times and locations. This program aims to support older adults in maintaining their independence by offering a reliable and affordable transportation option for their daily needs.
