Provides rides for only the following purposes: necessary errands, medical appointments, or grocery shopping. Also, you must meet at least one of these criteria: you have a disability. No membership is required.

Payment methods include insurance coverage, vouchers, coupons, donations, or out-of-pocket expenses such as cash, check, credit card, or Medicaid payments.
