Provides rides for any purpose, to all people, and no membership is required.

The Taxi Service program offers convenient transportation for older adults using cars or vans, with the option for shared rides. Riders are charged $2.00 for a one-way trip, with an additional $0.50 for each extra stop. In some cases, there may be extra charges based on mileage if using a volunteer vehicle. It is recommended to schedule rides a few days in advance through the Rides In Advance service for timely pickup and drop-off. Payment can be made by cash or check for the services provided, ensuring flexibility for riders. Additionally, this program offers curb-to-curb transportation, making it easier for older adults to get to their destination comfortably and reliably.
