Riders can book their rides in advance, requiring just a few days' notice to secure their transportation. Payment can be made by check or in cash, providing flexibility for older adults utilizing the service. One of the key features of this program is the option for shared rides, allowing riders to connect with others traveling in the same direction. Additionally, riders are welcome to bring their service animals along for the journey.
