Provides rides for any purpose, as long as you meet one of the following criteria: you have a disability.

The Public Transportation program offers affordable and convenient transportation options for older adults. Within the local community, riders can enjoy the convenience of one-way trips for $5.00 or round-trip fares for $10.00. For longer journeys between communities, such as from Janesville to Evansville, the program offers one-way trips for $6.00 or round-trip fares for $12.00. Riders are required to schedule their trips in advance, allowing for better planning and coordination of rides. Participants in the program have the flexibility to pay for their trips using checks or cash, with the option to pre-pay for added convenience. Shared rides are available, promoting a sense of community and social interaction among riders. The program ensures that older adults have access to curb-to-curb transportation services, providing a seamless journey from pick-up to drop-off locations. Additionally, riders are welcome to bring their service animals along for the journey, ensuring that all older adults can access the transportation they need.
