The Non-Emergency Transportation program offers convenient medical transportation services to older adults. This program provides transportation via van for individuals who require stretcher, wheelchair, or ambulatory services. Pricing for this service is as follows: $150 plus $3 per loaded mile for a stretcher, $35 plus $2 per loaded mile for a wheelchair (with specific size requirements), and $25 plus $1 per loaded mile for ambulatory passengers. Additionally, there is a $30 per hour charge for wait time. Riders must schedule their transportation at least a few days in advance and have the option to pay using a credit card. The program offers curb-to-curb transportation, ensuring that passengers are safely taken to their destination. By utilizing this program, older adults can easily access the transportation they need for non-emergency medical appointments.


Service Area

Star Prairie and Osceola in northern Saint Croix and Southern Polk counties respectively. Our normal service area is within 30 miles of either location, in which there will be no additional charges for pick-ups or drop-offs in that area. Beyond 30 miles, we charge unloaded mileage getting there and/or coming back.
